若き日、高杉晋作らと食べてその味を知っていた伊藤公は、初めてのような顔をして「こりゃあ美味い」と賞賛。翌明治21年（1888）には、当時の山口県令（知事）原保太郎に命じて禁を解かせ、春帆楼はふぐ料理公許第一号として広く知られるようになりました。
との事。
こちらの店名も伊藤博文が名付けたらしいです。

一人五千円くらいのだった気がします。
フグは刺身でポン酢みたいなのにつけていただく

大阪で食べたのよりも凄い美味い
さすが歴史あるお店だわ…
ステーキもなぜ頼んだかは忘れたがこれまた柔らかくてジューシーで最高でしたね。
とりあえずなんでこんなに食べログの評価低いのかはわからないが、訪問必須です！！
女将さんもかなり対応よかったですよ！
