下関へ行った以上はフグは外せないため、
春帆楼の本店へ事前予約して行ってきた。
多くの政治家や要人が訪れるだけあって、
とても立派な建物。
平日だったせいか、
駐車場はガラガラで
坂道を登り切った正面入口に
車を停めることができた。
予約しておいた時間になるまで、
しばらくお店の歴史や
館内の説明を受けた後、
関門海峡を眺めることができる
個室に案内され、
和室テーブル形式での
会席料理がスタート。
予約時に注文しておいたのは、
フグ料理が一通り食べれる"ふく会席A"。
料理の内容は以下の通り。

獺祭の二割三分は美味い！^^
丸みしかない舌触りと
上質な味わいは、
やはり名酒だと思いました。
車の運転もここまでだったので、
これを存分に堪能ー！^^
フグの本場でフグ料理が一通り食べられ、
満足しました！
