壮大でいて歴史感じる建物が素晴らしい。
外観や内装明治の雰囲気も残しつつ、店内設備は近代的なシステム取り入れて、エレベーターまであります。一階は受付ロビー、客席は上層階に設けられています。館内禁煙、喫煙する場合は一階に専用スペースがあります。
オーシャンビューの造りになっている客席はロケーション最高です。ふぐ懐石コース料理はどれも見た目美しく、味も素晴らしい。ドリンクも山口の地酒は勿論、ふぐ料理に合う日本酒やワイン取り揃えてあります。接客ホスピタリティーも完璧で一品毎にお店の方が丁寧に説明した上で提供してくれます。
特に感動したポイントは訪れたことの偉人ラインナップが半端じゃないところ。伊藤博文公を筆頭に歴史好きで無くても知ってる偉人達が多数訪れたという付加価値めちゃ感じます。
お値段は下関だと最高級ランクですが、都内や横浜比較だと超安いなと感じました。味、雰囲気、ともに素晴らしくコスパも高い。とても良かったです。
