ふぐを食す旅に、下関へ！
1番有名なこちらのお店にお邪魔しましたが、
ふぐ尽くしのコースを頂きました。
ふぐ刺し、ぶくちり鍋、ふぐの香草焼き（チーズ付き）、ふぐの唐揚げ、ふぐ白子の酒蒸し、締めはふぐ雑炊。
個人的には、やっぱりふぐ刺しが最高でした。美味しいふぐは身の旨みが濃厚なのですね。それと、ふぐの香草焼き（写真撮っておらず、すみません）というのもなかなか無いふぐの調理法で美味しかったです。やや洋風？チーズと合わせると最高でした。あと、ふぐの唐揚げも美味しく、なんといってもふぐの白子の酒蒸しが絹豆腐のようになめらかでめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！終盤にサーブされて、満腹になってきていたのですがお店の方に「お腹いっぱいでも、これだけは召し上がった方が良いですよ」と勧められて頂きましたが、ほんとにその通りでした。笑
きっかり2時間制なので、ゆっくり食べていると最後が少し慌しくなりますが、
部屋もそれぞれ個室を用意され、海が見渡される素晴らしいロケーションでした。
大満足です。
