``Shunpanro'' is the birthplace of blowfish cuisine.It is a prestigious Japanese-style Cuisine Ryokan and Auberge that is also a historic site. Since it is Ryokan, there are of course lodging facilities as well. I ate some real food for lunch today❗️Tessa, Fugu Kara, Toppi, Fugu Nabe, Shuto....It was very delicious. The food is very delicious, but since it is a high-end restaurant, the portions may seem a little small. We ate at a table in a private room, and each dish was carefully and elegantly presented.
