JR幡生駅より徒歩20分、1993（平成5）年1月創業のお好み焼き店「広島お好み焼き 弘々家」さん。
こちら広島お好み焼きが嫌いだった店主が、とある1枚のお好み焼きと出会ったことで始めたお好み焼き店だそうです。
週末の昼オープン15分前にお伺いしたところ、ポールポジションをゲット。待ちなくカウンターへ案内されました。
注文したのは贅沢6種盛りの麺1玉、だし掛けだし巻き卵のプレーン。
まずはだし巻きから提供です！
だし巻きの乗った熱々の鉄板に、熱々の鰹出汁をかけていただきますが、卵を3個使ったという贅沢なだし巻きは正にふわトロ！鰹出汁の旨みも相待って熱々美味いです！
贅沢6種盛りは殻付き海老、安岡ネギ、ゴーダ＆モッツァレラチーズ、イカ天、餅、豚バラ肉ごトッピングされた贅沢な一枚！
じっくり蒸し焼きされたお好み焼きはキャベツの甘みがとても感じられ、パリパリの香ばしい焼きそばの食感が楽しく、そして美味しいです！
具材それぞれのアクセントや味、お好み焼きとの相性も良く、仕上げに描かれたマヨアートがとてもキュートでたまりませんねー。
「お腹いっぱいになりましたか？」と笑顔の店主に、強いお好み焼き愛を感じられずにはいられないお好み焼きです！大満足！
ちなみに食べてる間に店内はいつの間にか満席になっておりましたので、事前予約はしておいた方が吉かもしれません。
本当に美味しかった！ごちそうさまでした。
