長崎から下関に移動。
気になってた弘々家さんまで足を伸ばしてみた。
下関駅から幡生駅までは4〜5分なんだけど、幡生駅から徒歩10〜15分掛かるし、電車のダイヤは3〜40分に1本。
行き方に苦慮してたけど、意外にもバスがすごく便利。
バスで61系統のバスに乗って山の田で降りたらバス停が店の50m圏内。
バスも本数は多くはないけど、バス停が店から近いので、Googleマップで調べるとなんの問題もなく下関駅まで移動できる。
19時30分での予約で、予約の場合事前になんらかのコースを予約することが条件。
どんなコースがあるのか分からなかったので、何を頼んだら分からなかったが、シェアセットというのを勧められたのでそちらでお願いした。

鉄板焼きメニュー3品と好きなお好み焼きを4種類の中から1種類のセット。
名物メニューのだしまき大葉チーズも入っていて、気の利いたメニュー。
だしまき大葉チーズはだし巻き玉子を出汁に浸している。
味の感じは明石焼きに少し似ている。
大葉がアクセント。
ポテサラいか天はマジポテサラが入っている。
焼きポテサラなので、水気は少し抑えた感じ。
いか天の存在感が普通の広島焼きよりも強め。
何より広島焼きのそばが細くてパリッパリ。
これにポテサラの食感が生地の役割をしている。
■ とん平焼き
追加のもう一品でとん平焼きを食べた。
ネギたっぷり、キャベツも入って、半熟玉子で豚肉が美味しい。
お酒は生ビールと川中中ハイ（ライムサワー）。
サワーは近所の中学校の名前だった。
2人で@5,507円とコスパもかなり良く。
お好み焼きも鉄板焼きもすんごい美味しい！
都会の名前が有名なお店も美味しいけど、地方の百名店の方が味が確か。
