下関駅近くにあるホテルウイングインターナショナルの1階にある居酒屋。
入口近くにはお酒が並べられた棚があり、夜は暗めな店内がオシャレです。
店内はほぼ座敷席で、座布団の敷かれたテーブル席になっています。
今回、ホテル宿泊で朝食のみ利用としてこのお店に入ることに。
確か朝食は宿泊者のみ利用可だった気がします。（記憶が曖昧です）
朝食は和、洋など4種類から選べるのですが、その中にある「フグ雑炊」が魅力的。
■朝食 フグ雑炊
フグの身、骨を使った雑炊。
卵を使用しており、あっさりとした味わいは朝のおかゆ的で食べやすいです。
梅干などの漬物類との相性はあまり良くなく、純粋な淡い美味しさを楽しむのが良いでしょう。
ポン酢タレを軽めに入れたほうが美味しいです。
