河豚極コースを頂いた。驚くほどの味わいで嘗て味わったことがない美味しい河豚料理の数々だった。虎フグ刺しのプリプリ感、唐揚げのサクサク感等、表現し難い美味しさであったが、それよりも料理に対する拘りには絶句した。河豚チリの前段階ではアラで出汁をとるのだが、アラは食べることなく出汁のみとり、その出汁で御飯が焚かれて雑炊となってでてきた。これまで数多く河豚料理を食してきたが、これ程些細な味まで拘った河豚料理は初めてであり感極まった。宿泊施設も再三リフォームされ清潔感溢れていたし、最高の料理と温泉を満喫でき幸福感満ちた時を過ごすことができたよう。
