下関は初めてでしたが、フグや海鮮以外の食事が良いのでこちらにしました。
口コミが少ないので心配でしたが、小さな店内は予約でほぼ満席の状態で、地元の皆さんから愛されているのがよくわかりました。
料理は、タパス料理からアヒージョやトルティージャなどどれもが美味しく、中でもパエリアは具材のエビやイカは新鮮でプリプリとしており、「オマールエビなどからとったスープで炊いた」というライスはとても濃厚な味わいで、サフランライスのものとは一線を画すとても美味しい逸品でした。
お店の雰囲気は、こじんまりとはしていますがインテリアにも工夫が凝らされ、気持ちよく過ごせます。
最後に、お会計の時に「全国旅行割」のサーバーがダウンして使えなくなってしまったのですが、お忙しい中にも関わらずご主人が親切に対応くださり、気持ちよく下関を後にすることができましたことに、心から感謝いたします。
