萩市内にあるかき氷店。
この日はかなり暑く、店内はほぼ満席。
人気店。
頂いたのは、
「夏みかんセーキ」（450円）
こちらのお店のかき氷は、
削った氷にシロップをかけるスタイルではなく、
その名の通り氷をShakeして作るスタイル。
このため、シロップがかき氷全体に満遍なく行き渡る。
甘さ控えめ。シロップの味で氷の味が分からなくなるということがない。
むしろ、口の中で氷が融けていく際にシロップと水の味のカオスが生まれ、
味に変化があるので食べ飽きない。
また、アクセントとして夏みかんの皮が混ぜ込まれているので、
特有の苦味が程よいアクセントになっている。
