夕食会場は、暖簾で仕切られた半個室です。
作務衣姿のスタッフが料理の説明をしてくれます。
むつみ豚の白湯鍋には薄切りの豚肉が仕込んであります。白湯出汁も美味しく体も内側から温まります。
次に印象に残ったのは里芋まんじゅう。粘り気のある芋に出汁を絡ませ頂くとそれはそれは美味しいです。
ご飯と汁物はセルフサービスとなっています。
この時期限定なのか、いつもやっているのかはわかりませんが、ビールと酎ハイが16:00~18:00まで無料で何杯でもいただけます。但しセルフサービスです。
