夫婦で利用しました。日曜の夜でしたが満席で、人気のお店のようです。利用した日には地元の人、観光の人が半分ずつといった感じ。
食事は魚も肉もあり、お酒も一通りあり、ハズレ無しのお店だと思います。注文した刺盛、天麩羅もりは3人分くらいあるのに千円ちょっととかなりお得！牛すじ大根もめちゃおいしかったです。2時間いて2人で1万円くらいでしたので、コスパも良いです！

ただ、初めての方に対や観光客向けに以下の点が改善されると、より満足してもらえると感じました。
•メニューに写真が欲しい（せめて各ジャンルでおすすめの数品、名前だけだとわかりづらいメニュー）
•メニューに萩感がほしい（名前が一般化されてて見やすいのですが、「萩産の〜」といった感じで地元感が欲しい。せっかく美味しいので、良いものを使っているならアピールして欲しい）

We went as a couple. Tempura platter is really good. The sashimi platter is 800 yen, which is great value for money. They have a full menu of meat, fish, etc. It has a local feel, so it's recommended for tourists as well. However, the portions are a little too large, so I think it would be best to share one dish with three people. Also, the carbonated Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) and highballs are so flat that they seem a little watered down. It's better not to order them. Other than that, I personally like them.
