昼から飲みはもちろんに、お食事メニューも充実の居酒屋さん。
ラーメンメニューは４種類ほど。
揚げ物とご飯の付いたセットも用意されまする。
替え玉にも対応で、育ち盛りの食べ盛りさんも安心ぢゃな。
■ ただいまラーメン
その辺の定義は存じませぬが 鹿児島風ラーメンとのこと。
豚骨ベースの鶏ガラブレンドからなるようぢゃ。
焦がしにんにくの効きまくったマー油を特徴とし、若干 ナトリウム度は高め。
■ 萩ラーメン
ベースは同じに思われまする。
こちらのほうがスタンダードっぽくなカンジながらも、価格設定はちょい高め。
獣感とニンニク風味の合わさった、どことなくに懐古な感を漂わせてくれる味わいぢゃな。
麺は使い分けられての こちらは細身な仕様。
■ 梅干しラーメン
ゴマ香る あっさり汁。
〆的なメニューながらも、セットメニューとの組み合わせも良さげなカンジに思えましたな。
梅干しは最強の健康アイテム。 少々 食べ過ぎちゃっても飲み過ぎちゃっても、ぜんぶチャラ！
罪悪感 ゼロ！
もしかしたら 日頃の不摂生もリセットしてくれるんぢゃないかしら…？
■ かつ丼
カツはもちろん通し揚げ。
濃ゆめな煮汁を含んだ玉子が、カツとご飯をおいしく一体化。
器を抱えてガシガシっと掻き込めば、より一層ぢゃ♪
商売意欲も旺盛に、山口市に2号店をオープンされましたな。
“ただいま” に続き、2号店は “おかえり” 。
3号店を出されるとならば…
“あんた 今 何時だと思ってんの！”
