フグやあんこう等地元で取れた冬の味覚がいただけます。
鮑の踊り焼きは立派な鮑を1人1個づつ。
鮑の殻の外し方や切り方、食べ方はお店の方が丁寧に教えてくださいました。
どのお料理も見た目に美しく、旬の食材を使用されており、とても満足のいく内容でした。
