長門市の道の駅センザキッチンの中にあるパン屋さん【ララベーカリー】さん。
海の天然酵母のお店です。
海の天然酵母？なんでしょ？
仙崎湾から採取した海藻から分離したオリジナルのパン用酵母で、ゆっくり発酵するのでアルコール臭が発生しにくく素材の味を感じやすいと。三種類ほど購入し自宅にて食べました。
人気No.1天然酵母 百姓庵の塩ロール。
ずっしりとした塩ロール！
見た目以上に重みがある！
もっちりとした食感。
これがなんともちょうどいい塩加減。
もうちょい買えばよかった・・・
他はあまり印象に残らず。
塩ロール！美味しかったけど気軽に買いに行ける距離じゃないですね。
