May 2016 Business trip to Yamaguchi Dinner on the first day It was after 9pm when I finished work, so I was tired, hungry, and exhausted. I had a cold local sake. A special Junmai from Yamaguchi's only sake brewery, and another one made from honjozo. It helps if you're tired from work. A relaxing night in Yamaguchi in a tatami room.
