地鶏好きの私にはとっても外せないお店の一つです。
中央町から新町へと少しいりこんだ場所で分かりづらいかもしれませんが、料亭よしくにさんを目印にいかれると真向かいなので分かりやすいかも。
店舗に近くなるにつれ、炭火で焼かれるほのかな香ばしい匂いが空腹の私を誘います。
少しバー風を思わすような少し高い椅子にカウンター。
いつものカウンターに腰掛けるやいなとりあえずは生ビール。鳥の鮮度はぴか一でひとまずお刺身をあてにして、お目当ての地鶏の炭火焼を待つ私。砂ずりの刺身のこりこりとした食感は、たまりませんよ。マスター今度は焼酎とお気に入りの芋焼酎(庄三朗)のロックを注文。ここは、焼酎の種類も豊富で色々飲んでみて、やはり私は黒麹の庄三朗。芋くさくないまろやかな白麹庄三朗もあるみたいですが・・・
で熱々の鉄板にもたれた炭火焼地鶏に少しばかり柚胡椒のっけて戴くと、一層おいしくいただけます。そのままでも歯ごたえ・うまみと十分に旨いですし、味に飽きたら薬味も豊富なので色々な楽しみ方が出来ます。
