宇部市内でのお昼時。
こちらを食べログで見つけてインしました。
駐車場は店舗横の細い道をちょっと進んだ先に4台分ありましたよ。
チキン南蛮定食820円を注文。
地鶏ステーキ定食なんかは量を120gから300gまで選べますね。それでも良かったかな。
店内はカウンターが5席。
パーテーションで区切って2人しか座れなくしている徹底した感染症対策。
4人がけのテーブルが3卓。
夜は居酒屋さんですね。
10分ほどで到着。
チキン南蛮は1枚肉を揚げてカットしたものではなくて、二口大の大きさのむね肉揚げですね。
しっとりと揚がったむね肉を、酸味が効いた南蛮タレにくぐらせて、自家製のタルタルソースをたっぷりのせたものですね。
しっとりしたお肉とサッパリした南蛮味とコクのあるタルタルソースでとても美味しいんだけど、チキン南蛮ってご飯のオカズには向かないかもーと、初めて思いました。
酢の物をおかずにご飯を食べてる感じ。
これは、ビールの方が断然いい♪
小鉢の2品は居酒屋さんらしいちゃんとした味付けのもの。
ご飯の質もよく、店員さんの対応は温かさのある居心地のいいお店さんでした。
