食べログレビューを始めてからは
一度も来ていないんだろうと思うので、
かな〜り久々の訪問です。
山口県に4店舗、広島県に1店舗を展開するチェーン店です。
お肉は毎日店舗で、機械を使わず手切りするというこだわり。
そうすることで、柔らかさや肉汁の美味しさが引き立つとか。
平日の20時すぎということもあってか、
お客さんはそんなに多くなく、
ビールがすぐに来るのは嬉しい❤︎
冷酒は忘れられてましたが(汗)
バイトさんが数人いましたが、
対応の質が違いすぎるのは、あんまり良くないです。
もっときちんと教育していただきたいなー。
