肉まんパンの画像をアップしました。
今日はフレンチトーストも頂きました。堅そうな外見と裏腹にしっとり柔らかくて美味しかったです。
スパゲッティパンは薄味でした。もう少しマヨネーズが効いているほうが好みですが、薄味だとカロリーが気にならないのでいいですね。

昔から宇部の人たちに愛されているパン屋さんです。
昭和の時代のパン屋さんがそのままタイムスリップして現れたようなとても懐かしいお味の調理パンが揃っています。
私のお気に入りは肉まんパンです。
以前までこのメルシーベーカリーがあった場所に、新しいパン屋さん（パン・ペルデュ）が出来ていますが、こちらはメルシーベーカリーさんの姉妹店さんだそうで、こちらでは石釜焼きのパンが売られています。
