宇部市にあるベーカリー。
惣菜パンや調理パン、から菓子パンまで、様々なパンを提供する。
マロンは、同店が提供する菓子パンの1種。
巨大なピーナツ風味のメロンパンに切れ込みを入れ、マロンクリームを絞り、栗をトッピングしている。
パンの名は「マロン」となっているが、ピーナツの香りが全面に押し出されていて、寧ろ「ピーナツ」と命名した方が良いのでは、と思った。
カツドッグは、同店が提供する調理パンの1種。
ホットドッグパンに、カツと茹で卵を挟んでいる。
カツは、小さ目ながらも豚肉をきちんと使っており、衣にはサックリ感が残っていた。
茹で卵も使っていて、蛋白質の割合が比較的高い。
ボリュームはそれなりに。
