平日に宇部新川駅から車で伺いました。
11:30に到着すると駐車場いっぱい。
でも5-10分くらいで入れました。
入ってみると店内は意外に空いていました。
メニューがすごい量で悩みます。
カツカレー定食(979円)
切り干し大根、揚げ出し豆腐、サラダが付いてきます。
切り干し大根の味付けは甘め。
揚げ出し豆腐はさっぱり(餡ではなく出汁)。
サラダのドレッシングはタマネギすりおろしでした。
カレーはザ家カレーで小麦粉たっぷりの重め。
玉ねぎスライスと人参、豚肉が入っています。
辛さ、スパイス感はなく、子供向けの甘さでした。
カツはパン粉小さめで、よく揚げ系。
肉質は固めです。
懐かしい感じで美味しくいただきました。
量が多かった。
瓦そば(1,452円)
山口名物「瓦そば」を初めて食べました。
熱々の瓦の上に茶そば、その上に肉、錦糸玉子、小ネギです。
印象は、甘い！！
出汁も錦糸玉子も肉も全て甘い！！
ちょっと甘いものがあまり得意では無いので
