厚狭駅の近くに美味しい手打ちそば屋さんがあると聞いていていつか訪問しようと思っていたお店です。
この日はお昼すぎ頃の到着でしたがお店の前で待たれてるお客様が数組いらっしゃいました。
車も駐車場に入り切れてない感じで待ち時間に空いた場所に停めて順番を待っています。
注文した品は鴨ロース、天ざるです。
お蕎麦はつるっとしていて喉越し良くお蕎麦の香りがしてとても美味しいです。
鴨ロースに付けて頂くと更に美味しさがアップします。
天ぷらもサクサクの揚げたてで美味しかったです。
そば湯も運ばれてきて残ったお出汁に入れて頂いた後に最後は何も味付けずに頂きました。
