再訪です♪
宇部市には中々のパン屋がありますが、このMiri’s Breadもオススメの店。
数はそれほど多くないですが、こだわりを感じるパンが並びます^^
ちょっと小さ目ながら、価格も抑え目で買いやすい。
それぞれのパンにお店の思いも書いてあるのがいいですね。
今回は、これを購入♪
あんぱん 130円
ごまクルミあんぱん 130円
生地がパサパサしていなくて食べやすい♪
ごまクルミあんぱんは香りがいい～！
傾斜面の駐車場の停めにくさも秀逸ですが…パンの出来も秀逸です♪
また再訪します♪

宇部市の農免道路という、ちょっと目立たない立地で商売されている、Miri’s Bread さん。
でも、このパン屋さんは遠くから多くのお客さんが訪れるお店です。
自分は久々の来店ですね。
あっ…駐車場が傾斜になっているので、駐車時には要注意です…(笑)。
店内はそれほど広くないですが、存在感のあるパンが並んでいます。
流行のパン屋さんに比べて、ハード系のパンはしっかりとした食べごたえあり♪
そして、シフォンケーキは、ふっくらとして良い出来栄えです！
個人的にはプレーンがいいですね♪
ただ膨らませるだけではない、底味のあるパン屋さん。
自分の知っているパン屋さんでも、上位にきますね♪
また再訪します！
