ドライブパン巡り!
訪れた店⑧
宇部市西岐波
「ミリーズブレッド」
パンの香りいっぱいの
店内へようこそ!
と書かれた看板にお呼ばれして
店内へ(^^)
店内は看板に書いてある通り
パンが山積み!
と書きたかったところですが、
人気店と伺っていただけのことは
あって、ほとんど商品は残っておらず…(^-^;)
店員さんも申し訳なさそうに
しておりましたが、
選択肢があるだけ良かったと
思いましょう!(^^)d
ざっと見た感じ
残るは食パンと、
デニッシュ系少し、
チーズのパン少し、
カンパーニュや
ライ麦パンが少しといった
感じですかね。
個人的には、
こちらのお店では
ライ麦パンやカンパーニュといった
ハード系を狙っていたので
それらが残っていたのは
幸運ですね。
ノアクランベリー、ノアオレンジ
計2点を購入して帰りました(^^)
2/20(火)お昼に
いただきました。
ノアクランベリー。
甘酸っぱいクランベリーの
果肉の食感と
ライ麦ベースの密度が
ぎゅっと詰まったパンの旨味、
これは
合わないわけがないですね。
噛むほどに旨味がじわじわ
広がるこの感じ、
最高です。
ノアオレンジ。
これまたライ麦ベースの
商品です。
こちらには
オレンジピールが
練り込まれています。
オレンジの爽やかさと
苦味、ライ麦パンの旨味が
複雑に絡み合って
何とも言い難い
美味しさを表現。
コーヒーや紅茶の
お供にもってこいです。
