The key to Homan's Gyoza / Dumpling is the ingredients. We use fresh domestic pork, green onions, garlic, and cabbage.
Each gyoza is carefully prepared using a unique method that brings out the flavor of the ingredients. High-quality pork contains a lot of collagen, which has skin-beautifying effects and helps relieve |
Good evening, this is kuro☆pon. I was born in Utsunomiya and I love Gyoza / Dumpling (^O^) When I was little I used to wrap Gyoza / Dumpling with my mother, but nowadays I often eat out or grill things I order rather than making them myself (^^) So the other day I stopped by Gyoza Kobo Homan, a takeaway fresh Gyoza / Dumpling specialty shop in Shima, Ube city and bought some fresh Gyoza / Dumpling ~ 20 handmade Gyoza / Dumpling for 850 yen Secret dipping sauce for 100 yen These Gyoza / Dumpling are made with domestic pork, spring onions from Fukuoka, cabbage selected from various regions depending on the season, and Gyoza / Dumpling from Aomori, and they even come with a paper with instructions on how to grill them, so follow the instructions to grill them! (^^)! You need to pour boiling water over them, not just water, and when you do, be sure to pour it carefully so as to shake off the powder (^O^) I arranged them like flowers blooming, and they were done ~ When I tried it, the outside was crispy and fragrant (I'm proud of how well I cooked it), and the filling was juicy. The flavor of each ingredient was strong, and the aroma of garlic that ran through it was particularly vivid. As expected from Aomori garlic. It was very delicious (^O^) Thank you for the meal. This time I bought fresh Gyoza / Dumpling, but next time I'll try frozen Gyoza / Dumpling. See you again!
