There are few posts on SNS, and it is overshadowed by the many famous restaurants in the same city, but this place is definitely delicious. Mensai Sakaya Raichi 1309-1 Yamakawa, Sanyo Onoda City, Yamaguchi Prefecture Tenant of Maruki Atsusa Store I had the pure tonkotsu Ramen (¥770) with a rice set (¥110). It's great, a very high-quality bowl. It's an authentic Kurume-style ramen with a rich tonkotsu soup with a slightly stronger soy sauce flavor. It has a punch and is very satisfying to drink. It was my favorite taste. There is a Ramen shop called Maruichi that serves tonkotsu Ramen in Masuda City, and I love their special thick tonkotsu ramen. Although Raichi's pure tonkotsu Ramen is slightly inferior in terms of soup thickness, it is quite close. The cost performance of Ramen alone seems a little higher than the surrounding areas, but it is more than offset by the reasonable side dishes. You can also use the supermarket's parking lot, the store is surprisingly spacious, and the customer service is very pleasant. I highly recommend it.
