炙りチャーシュー麺をいただきました^_^
「おかえりなさい」の接客。ザ、居酒屋な雰囲気。
昼なのにビールが飲みたくなりますね唐揚げ
いやいや、昼です。仕事中です。ビールは我慢。
そうこうしているうちにラーメンが着丼。
サッと写真を撮影してスープをズズっといただきます。炙りの香りとスープの甘さがグッときます。
次に麺。3タイプ選択できるとのことでしたが初訪なので王道中太麺をチョイス。濃い甘めのスープにガッツリ絡みます。
プリブリモチモチの麺が相性抜群。炙りチャーシューも最高。香りと柔らかさ申し分なし。
あっというまに麺を食べ尽くし
当然の替玉。
細麺か平打ちか迷いましたが細麺をチョイス。
こちらも旨し。
細麺でプリプリの麺がこれまたスープと絡みます。
個人的には中太麺の勝利
とにかくバランスの良いラーメンです。
