When I went to Ube, I had a lot of food and drinks. I'm not good with alcohol so I only had sangria. What I remember is beef tendon stewed in red wine. Of course it was delicious. The pasta here is fresh. It was chewy and delicious. I had carbonara with lots of cheese and burdock cream pasta. It goes without saying that carbonara covered in cheese is delicious, but the burdock pasta was shockingly good. The boiled and deep-fried burdock was a masterpiece that brought out the aroma of the burdock. The idea of using burdock instead of porcini mushrooms was brilliant. A cute woman was busily preparing the food in the kitchen. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal♪
