お疲れさまです。昨年末のクリスマス後、小野田に行く便があり、前々から行ってみたいと思っていたラーメン龍に入ってみました。
このお店、ラーメン好きなお客さんのとこに行った時に、美味しいラーメン屋教えて下さいといった時に、挙ってきた名前のお店の一つ。有帆あたりに来る機会がなかったので、今日は行くぞと決めてました。
主要道路から少し入った所にお店がありますが、道からもお店が見えるため立地としては悪くない。敷地も広く、出入りするにはノンストレスな感じ。頻繁に店員さんが出入りサれており、素晴らしいのはお客さんを見かけると、元気の良い声でしっかり笑顔で挨拶してくれてるとこ。当たり前って言えばそうかも知れませんが、なかなか無いですよね。
エントランスは一見、開戸かと思わせといての引き戸。鈴がついていて、来客が解る寸法。見かけ以上に奥が深い。通路に沿って右にカウンター・左にテーブル席があります。
少し何かを食べていたため、普通のラーメンを注文します。思ったより店員さんが多く、人気店と伺える活気があります。
暫くして、ラーメンが届きました。見た目にシンプルな馴染みのある主張しない宇部ラーメン風なラーメン。チャーシュー・メンマ・ネギの鉄板トッピング。ﾊｧﾊｧｺﾞｸﾘとなります。
スープは濃いなかにもあっさりな感じ。このスープにはこのタイプのネギが最高にマッチ。競馬の世界で言えば気性の荒いサンデーサイレンスが、メジロマックイーンといたら落ち着いている。といった感じ。このスープとこのネギは相性抜群。チャーシューも薄味で肉の旨味をしっかり味わえる。メンマも主張することなく、全てが一体となってこの丼、小宇宙。麺も細麺でスープが絡んで上手い。宇部ラーメン（三平・一久）が好きな私にはベストな味でした。
総評：宇部ラーメンが好きな方には馴染みのある味わい。安心して頂けると思います。店員さんも感じが良い。他にもメニューがあるので、お腹が空いた人には飽きが来なくて良いでしょうね。
