山口出張で打合せが終わりそのままランチをすることになりお店を探していたら唐揚が大人気のお店を発見!行ってみると待っている人で溢れており、名前を記入して10分ちょっとで店内へ。待っている間駐車場の車を見ると地元だけではなく他県ナンバーからも来ており、あまり人が居ないなかここだけは車と人が沢山です。
並んでいる間に注文をしますが一番人気の唐揚定食ではなく唐揚単品、おにぎり、肉うどん小を注文。唐揚はなかなかのボリューミーですか下味がしっかり付いていてカラッと揚がっていて食感があり中身はジューシーなので申し分ないです。おにきりは少し塩味と化学調味料で味付けされた具なしなので唐揚とよく合います。
特筆すべきうどんはイリコ出汁ベースの甘辛くした牛肉と柔目のうどんがマッチして唐揚とは違い隠れた明海メニューかも。カツ丼もイリコ出汁を使っているだろうから美味しいだろうな。唐揚好きにはたまらないお店です。
