It was lunchtime on a Tuesday, so the daily menu + salad buffet + coffee cost 690 yen. The salad buffet was perfect for those who are lacking in vegetables, as it had a wide variety of fruit vegetables, beans, root vegetables, and leafy vegetables. The daily menu for this day was "grilled Spanish mackerel with sea urchin," "simmered minced eggplant," and "salted okra with small prawns," which were seasonal dishes that suited the time of year just after the equinox. The seasoning was light and the food itself was low in fat, so it may be more suitable for older people, but I think it's something you can eat every day with peace of mind. During lunchtime at this restaurant, the all-buffet (950 yen) from Wednesday to Saturday is more popular, but I prefer the daily menu from Monday to Wednesday, where you can eat a wide variety of vegetables.
