土曜の19時の訪問でした。
交流会でしたが11名の参加でした。
案内さえたのは 靴を脱いで小上がりのテーブル席。
メニューを見ると ザ・沖縄料理（笑）
沖縄には行ったことはありませんが 私の知識の中にある沖縄料理がラインナップされていました。
数々の料理を少しずつ頂きましたが
ミミガーは苦手で食べれなかったものの こちらのミミガーサラダは美味しかったです。
ミミガー炒めは何故か苦手に感じ サラダはキュウリと和えられてるからかしら？
調理法によっては美味しく頂けると分かりました。
ジーマーミ豆腐は ツルッとした食感が良く美味しかったです。
豚バラ軟骨は 軟骨から ホロっと身が離れて柔らかく ちょうど良い味付けで美味しかったです。
タコライスの辛さは程よかったのですが もう少しレタスとトマトが欲しいなと思いました。
沖縄料理は 食べれない食材が多いと確信しました（笑）
