和栗のモンブラン
周南市の遠石にあるトレスに行って来ました。
お店に入って右側がカフェで左がパン、ケーキ、フルーツコーナーとなっています。
久しぶりの訪問で、今回はパンとモンブラン2個を買ってみました。
・紫芋のモンブラン237円
表面は紫芋の餡が絞ってあり、中はカスタードとクリームチーズみたいなクリームの2段重ねになっています。
見た目はいいけど紫芋餡の甘味は少なめです。
・和栗のモンブラン248円
こちらも表面に栗の餡が絞ってあり、中はカスタードとクリームチーズみたいなクリームの2段重ねになっています。
栗の風味と甘さは抜群で、とてもおいしかったです。
・コロッケロール194円
普通のコロッケを挟んだパンで味も普通です。
お昼過ぎに行ったのでパンはあまり無かったです。

After visiting Toishi Hachiman Shrine in Tokuyama, I stopped by a nearby Torres. There is a cafe on the right side of the entrance and bread and fruit are sold on the left side. This time, I went to the cafe to take a break. I had already had lunch, so I ordered a Hakata Amaou parfait for 1,280 yen. My partner ordered an Omelette Rice set for 1,500 yen. I thought 1,500 yen for Omelette Rice was a bit expensive, but it was full of fruit, salad, and soup. Omelette Rice had pilaf inside, which took some effort to make. It seemed to taste very good. The Hakata Amaou parfait seems to be popular with customers, so we had to wait a little. As you can see in the photo, it was filled with macarons, a mountain of strawberry Amaou, fresh cream, ice cream, waffles, strawberry sauce, and yogurt, all for 1,280 yen. No matter how much Amaou you eat, it's still Amaou. Of course it's popular, and the satisfaction level was very high. I've passed it by until now, but maybe the blinker will come on.
