I went to Torimero's Tokuyama branch near Tokuyama Station. I think it's easy to find because it's right next to the station rotary. I was a little worried because I hadn't made a reservation, but it was relatively empty, so I went in and was shown to a table in the basement. The last order I ordered, ``Tori kamameshi organic Jerusalem artichoke with soy sauce,'' was especially delicious. There is a timer set on the top of the lid, and you wait without opening it until the time is right. When it reached zero, we divided it into small plates. We paid 4,331 yen for two people, and it was a cheap and delicious meal.
