初めて訪れたこちらのお店のドアに下関にある手作りパン工房 Jouetが張り紙がありました。
夢風車のお店から独立されたみたいです。
どちらも人気店で美味しいパンが並んでいますね。
★パルミジャーノレッジャーノと生ハムのタルティーヌ
スライスされたバケットの上には生ハム、スライスされたパルミジャーノに粒コショウとオリーブオイルがかけられていました。スパークリングで頂きました。
★えびとチーズのタルティーヌ
半分にカットされたバケットにぷりっぷりの海老にチーズがかかっています。
★吉田牧場のカマンベールチーズのPerfect Cheese France
２日間成熟させた風味豊かな生地に吉田牧場さんのカマンベールを使ったチーズクリームとホワイトチョコをサンドされてます。甘くないと思って買ってましたが～微妙に癖になるお味です。
パンの塩気とミルキィなクリームが最高のハーモニーを奏でています。
★たこ焼きパン
濃厚なソースがたまらなく美味しいです。大きいたこ焼きですが中は空洞が多く意外に軽いです。
中にはちゃんとタコが入っていて美味しいです。
