今や徳山の冬の風物詩となったツリー祭り。
ツリー祭りで、街中を散策し、きれいなイルミネーションを見た後に訪問しました。
店内は、カウンターとテーブル席で、テーブル席にもきっちり鉄板がついています。
夜は、各種鉄板焼きをおつまみにお酒を飲まれる方が多いようですが、
その中で、我々はお好み焼きとお冷でいただいてきました！
さて、お味。
そばはよく水分を飛ばしておりパリパリで、キャベツのジューシーな食感とのコントラストが美味でした。
また、テーブルの上には、ソースとマヨネーズがあり、お好みに合わせて味を調整できるのもよかったです。
お好み焼きでは基本、うどん派だったのですが、そばもありだなと思わせてくれるお店でした。
