A locally popular Yakiniku (Grilled meat) offal restaurant located less than a 5-minute walk from the conventional exit of Tokuyama Station. Today is the second day of my 3-day, 2-night business trip to Hiroshima and Yamaguchi, so I successfully completed the interview I had scheduled in the morning in Hiroshima City, parted ways with my colleagues, and headed to my next destination. Take the Shinkansen to Tokuyama. I got off the platform at Tokuyama Station just before 12:30, so I decided to eat lunch before my next appointment. So I headed to this restaurant that I had picked up on Tabelog in advance. It was past 12:30 when I arrived at the restaurant, and when I entered the restaurant, it was quite busy with customers, but I was seated at a table at the very back of the first floor as I had to replace a customer who had just finished eating. I was guided. By the way, the second floor seems to be a tatami room. Looking at the menu list, we see charcoal-grilled special top-quality medium-sized ribs and hormone bowl (average: 1,500 yen), charcoal-Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and hormone bowl (average: 1,300 yen), charcoal-grilled Japanese black beef Steak steak teppanyaki set meal (1,700 yen), Boiled beef tendon bowl (average: 750 yen), charcoal-grilled domestic beef fillet Steak set meal (1,980 yen: sold out), Autumn 3-kind kalbi bowl (average: 1,050 yen), meat bowl (average: 1,100 yen), special meat Mori-don (average: 1,680 yen), Cheese meat bowl (average: 980 yen), Premium Wagyu sirloin Steak teppanyaki set meal (1,980 yen), Finest Wagyu fillet Steak teppanyaki set meal (1,980 yen), Skirt steak Steak set meal (1,150 yen) , Roast beef bowl (average: 850 yen), Volcano bowl (average: 930 yen), Teppanyaki set meal with meat (1,380 yen), etc. There are so many menus that you can't decide which one to choose. After much deliberation, I decided to order the charcoal-grilled special top-quality medium-sized ribs and hormone bowl (medium), which was listed as ``Today's limited item.'' The much-anticipated charcoal-grilled special medium-sized ribs and hormone bowl (medium) arrived about 15 minutes after ordering, and the green of the sunny lettuce and the yellow of the yolk stood out, making it look delicious. When you first try the Matsusaka Beef Nakaochi Kalbi, you can feel the sweetness of the fatty meat seasoned with a sweet and spicy sauce. The other horumon is also very sweet and has a chewy texture. The part covered with gochujang has a spicy taste, while the part covered with broken yolk has a milder taste, which is more delicious than I expected. If a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) bowl of this quality costs 1,500 yen, it can be said that the cost performance is extremely high. I'm on a business trip, so I can't go there, but if you're a local, I'd love for you to try out the different menus and compare them.
