Italian Cuisine located in Ginza, Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. A recently opened store that opened in November 2015. It is called an Italian Cuisine bar, and rather than pasta and other meals, it has a wide variety of items that go well with drinks. You can feel the special attention to detail on the menu, especially when it comes to Meat Dishes. On the other hand, the fish dishes seem to be on the small side. [Cooking/Taste] 3.5 Shizuoka Hasegawa Farm's raw mushroom and Zenkusa vegetable salad (850 yen): Consists of raw mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and sunny lettuce. It was my first time eating raw mushrooms, but I didn't feel the harshness that is common with regular mushrooms. However, there wasn't much flavor, and I felt that the mushrooms would taste better if they were cooked. A dish to enjoy the crunchy texture more than the taste. Hamachi carpaccio (600 yen): The hamachi is served in thick slices and is very filling. As for freshness, it's about average. There's not much sauce, so if you want to bring out the flavor of the ingredients, you'll want a little more freshness. Homemade salsiccia (800 yen): Salsiccia is sausage. It is large and has a lot of volume. It has a slightly firm texture and a salami-like taste. It feels dry and lacks juiciness. The accompanying cauliflower and mashed potatoes were delicious. Kumamoto prefecture sweet tomato and cheese pasta (1000 yen): The sauce is sweet and sour and refreshing, and the cheese adds just the right amount of richness, making it delicious. Although it was simple, I was impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the high level of cooking techniques that took advantage of them. This is the best dish I've had so far. Tiramisu (500 yen): The cream has both the aroma of coffee and the richness of mascarpone. As for the sponge, it is soaked in plenty of Western liquor and has a fragrant scent. An orthodox and delicious tiramisu that keeps the basics in check. I also like that it has a lot of volume. [Service] 3.0 There is no staff dedicated to customer service, and there are only two people working in the kitchen, so I get the impression that they are not paying attention to details. It took a while for the food to come out, and I wish the people taking orders and paying the bill were separate from the people cooking. [Atmosphere] 3.5 As you can see from the Italian word osteria, which means Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), it seems like Dining Bar. The inside of the store is clean and stylish, but it also has a warm, homey feel, and the atmosphere is nice, making it easy for even solo customers to feel at ease. [CP] 3.5 The food is voluminous and satisfying. Although the quality is still a step away, I think CP is pretty good.
