今回も 後で見直すと 前回と同じものを注文してる
酒呑みの発想は 単純(貧困? 笑 汗)
蕎麦は 前回とほぼ同じ
蕎麦つゆは 蕎麦ちょことは別に
徳利に入れて欲しいなー
2018,1 初訪
恒例の会に参加のため 徳山にきました
昼飯は 駅前商店街の蕎麦屋
まずは単品の肴で一杯
山口の酒が 数種類
冷酒と燗向けがあります
鴨ネギ と 蕎麦豆腐で 一杯
どちらもよい肴です
次にせいろを1枚 まずは 麺だけ
蕎麦はしこしこですが 香りがありません
蕎麦つゆは 蕎麦ちょこに入って出て来ます
肴や日本酒もあって まあまあだけど
蕎麦つゆは 徳利にして欲しいな・・・
蕎麦湯を飲む都合があるので・・・
