寒い日は鍋に限ります。
薬膳台湾火鍋で身体を温めようと食べてみました。
真っ赤に染まった唐辛子の入ったスープに白湯鶏スープ。2種類でいただきます。
薬味は13種類ありますので色んな食べ方が楽しめます。
スープも2種類をプレンドしたりゴマだれを混ぜてまろやかにしたりして頂きました。
お肉は豚肉とラム肉。ラム肉は少しクセがあるようです。
野菜は量が少なめなので6〜円で追加すれば栄養的にも満足ですね。
締めはチャンポン麺。
麺は煮詰めて固い。日本の麺ではないのかな。
食べたことのない食感と麺でした。
小籠包を追加で注文しました。
ランチメニューや一品料理も沢山あります。
