約30年振り位の訪問だと思う。ハンバーグ食べ歩くならここを押さえていないとと思い本当に久々の訪問です。平日の昼間ですが混んでいました。
外観、内装ともに昭和レトロな洋食屋さんのイメージそのもの。一階が駐車場で八台程度停めれて、二階が蔦の絡まるレストラン。日替りのビジネスランチドリンク込み1000円をオーダー。
最初にポタージュ。こんな本格的なスープは久々に頂いた気がする。コーンでは無さそうだ。
そしてメインプレートとライス。サラダとケチャップバスターとハンバーグ。それなりのボリューム感も有りコスパの良さを感じる。ハンバーグは柔らかく、少し甘めでとても優しいと感じた。私の好みな味付けではないが、これはこれで美味しくプロの仕事を実感。最後のホットもなかなか美味しくとても満足出来ました。老齢なシェフのいぶし銀の技が光るお店です。今の時代にはとても貴重な存在だと思います。
