うどんが食べたい気分だったので久しぶりに天霧に行って来ました。
駐車場に『天霧名物 牛すじ煮込み』のパネルがドドーンとお出迎え…。
一押しのようなので本日は牛すじ煮込み丼のセット820円にします。
天霧は讃岐うどんなのでしっかりコシがあり、温かいうどんと冷やしうどんが選べますがいつも温かい方です。
4種の具材から取ったという出汁がいい味で最後まで飲み干せます。
メインの牛すじですが、甘めのダシでしっかり煮込まれて、柔らかくとても美味しかったですね。
唐揚げ親子丼のセットも人気で、甘めでとても美味しいです。
こちらのお店は店員さんが明るく元気で気持ち良く食事することができます。
また、美味しいうどんと丼をいただきに行こうと思います。
