2-1-11 Ekiminami, Kudamatsu City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, 2F A popular restaurant near Kudamatsu Station. It used to be in a different location and has since moved. The first floor is a restaurant called "Tetsuami Dining Gami" and it is owned by the same owner. It's always busy, so it's best to make a reservation on weekends. When you enter the restaurant, you'll find an open space with sunken table seats lined up. There are counter seats in front of the kitchen. I see, so that's how it works. [Today's Carpaccio] The presentation was so stylish that when it came out, I wondered if it was carpaccio. [Charcoal-grilled chicken with salt] The chicken here is delicious. It's great to eat delicious chicken grilled over a charcoal fire. [Three kinds of black Satsuma chicken sashimi platter] I didn't really know what the characteristics of the black Satsuma chicken were, but it was delicious. I was eating it and thinking how delicious it was, and before I knew it, I had finished it. [Dashimaki tamago (rolled Japanese style omelette)] The dashimaki egg here is made on a hot plate. I was surprised. It was my first time to try dashimaki egg made on a hot plate. It was very well made and fun to watch. It was fluffy, had a nice layered texture, and was delicious! The food was delicious, and it was a great restaurant with a wide variety of drinks.
