I knew where the restaurant was, but since it was my first time there, I accidentally went in on the first floor... If you're going to Bunise, remember to go directly to the second floor (lol). So we held our farewell party at Bunise. Inside, there was only our group and one other group of 4 or 5 people, sitting in a sunken kotatsu. The food was the usual: appetizers, salad, chawanmushi, boiled fish, hot pot, rice dishes, and all-you-can-drink sake. The appetizers, boiled fish, and seasoned rice were well seasoned, and the chopstick rests were shelled peanuts. The hot pot and chawanmushi weren't that great, though. To make up for it, we had so many refills of sake that we thought, "this is enough!" The budget for the farewell party was 4,000 yen for food, so the main focus was conversation and sake. We thought we'd sent them off properly...or so we thought.
