釜揚げ・かけ・冷やし・ぶっかけ
の中からベースのうどんを選びます
揚げものは、かき揚げや海老などを中心に何種類かありますが、最近はウインナーや半熟卵も加わったようです
揚げもの以外の具としては、温泉卵、揚げ（いなり寿司用かな？）といったところでしょうか
かけうどんのつゆは、カツオが効いていて、値段を考えれば十分美味しいと思います
おむすびや、いなり寿司等のご飯ものもあります
外から見てズラっと並んでいるように見えても意外と流れは速いので、そう長く待つ必要はないと思います
