たまには「博多ひらお」方式の格安揚げ立て天ぷらも良いだろう。
全国各地で「まねた」店舗で戴いたことがあるが「あまり流行っていなかった」。
ひらおさんはネタの仕入れが旨く行っているのだろう。
【天麩羅処ひらおが正式名称。
今回は「瀬戸内定食」にさせてもらった。

にタップリのおろしが入った漬け汁、お新香2種、みそ汁が付いてジャスト1,000円。
十分だろう。
一緒に戴いた広島県民もカキが美味しいと。
私はご飯を小にしたが大でも同じ価格の様子。
柚子胡椒、カレー胡椒が準備されているのも良い。

2024-04-08-11-40 Lunch with a friend I visited for the first time in three years. Many of these "fake Hakata Tempura" restaurants are disappearing. Hakata Hirao is still as popular as ever ^o^ I had a poor appetite that day, so I ordered the "Vegetable Tempura Set + Soft-boiled Egg". It was hot and freshly fried, and I was very satisfied with the 1,000 yen including tax. However, unlike the previous store, it was a "soft-boiled egg with batter and fried" dish, which was disappointing ^o^ *Pumpkin *Eggplant *Onion *Egg *Maitake mushroom *Lotus root *Chinese yam *Miso soup *Small rice *Free pickles *Free boiled pumpkin There was also tea, but unfortunately I didn't notice it. Rice is free to refill once for small, medium, and large sizes. But it's a service that doesn't matter to me.
