山口から仕事をしながら広島に向かいます。
今日のお昼はこちらにインです。
駐車場たっぷりです。
店内は喫煙可能ですね。
提供がゆっくりだから急ぐ人は遠慮してくれとメニューに書いてありますが、今日は午前を頑張ったんで問題なし。
イタリアンスパゲッティを注文します。
850円です。
で、そこから35分しての到着(〃´o｀)ﾌｩ…
メニューに時間がかかると書いてあったんでモーマンタイだけど、お腹すいたぁー。
早速いただきます。
包丁仕事が施された太いウインナーにたっぷりの洋辛子がいいですね♪
イタリアンスパゲッティはナポリタンとは違うのかな？
こちらのスパゲティはケチャップたっぷりでジューシーなよくあるタイプじゃなくて、適量のケチャップで味付けされたイタリアンです。
おぉ、いい味付けだ(∩´∀`∩)
麺はアルデンテではない定番の仕上げ。
ナポリタン作成は…ゆで時間10分として、炒めに５分かな？おおむね15分で完成と思うんだけど到着まで35分かー。
茹で上がった麺を冷水で〆て油をまぶして少し寝かせたのかな？
