甲府に着いた頃には良い時間
目的のどて焼きは何故か閉まっていたのでさらに歩いてこちらの店へ
甲府では一際評価の高いラーメン屋
なんかよくわからないけど支那そば復元発祥の店らしい
歴史はあるみたいだけど店自体はかなり綺麗
注文は支那そば(900円)
鶏に魚の香りを感じる醤油スープ
旨味を過剰に感じない落ち着いた味
まぁ簡単にいうと普通の昔ながらの醤油ラーメン
想像通り
これ900円はちょっと高いかと思う
麺はけっこう多い
